The National Association of Realtors reported that the number of existing home sales decreased by 3.6% in March. The good news is that mortgage rates did edge down with the announcement of the cease fire.
According to the California Association of Realtors local year-over-year existing-home sales dipped .3% while the median price also inched lower, dropping 1.1%. Median days on market increased by 3 days from one year ago.
